Our Signature Smoking Process

At The Three Chimneys Smokehouse, we take our smoking seriously – because flavour this bold doesn’t happen by accident. We use a low and slow smoking method, carefully selecting apple, beech, oak, and cherry woods to suit each cut of meat, giving every bite that signature depth, sweetness, and smokey richness.

From our 16-hour smoked pulled pork to our 8-hour oak-smoked brisket and cherry wood half chickens, we’ve spent years perfecting our rubs, temperatures, and timing. Each meat is lovingly seasoned with our house-crafted rubs, then smoked to tender, juicy perfection in true Southern-American style.

It’s not just cooking – it’s a craft. And you can taste the difference in every mouthwatering bite.
